There are basketball hoops on the sidewalks and streets and people playing basketball and one just blew across the street in the high winds we are having.
There are lots of these basketball hoops on the sidewalks and in the streets and lots of people in the street playing basketball and now one of the hoops just blew across the road into another driveway which caused a hazard as it blew across the street and could have been hit by a vehicle as it crossed the street in the wind and rain and in the dark and would not have been very visible and could have easily been hit. Why are these things allowed when they pose so many dangers, people trip on them walking down the sidewalk and you can't park your car by the curb because of them and the people playing basketball won't get out of the way when we try to drive down the street. What is the code for these and what can we do about them and if the cops won't do anything is there a private security or something that will?
