My father gave up his home in CH 7 bankruptcy, but the his name is still on the deed and taxes are current...

Does he have any rights to the property? The home is valued in the 175k range and he owed 70k or so before the bankruptcy, since the BK last year a road has went in next door and I have several people calling my home since we are the two people in town with the last name inquiring on purchasing the property...can we sell it?
