Is it possible to remove a child's name from a house deed?
Asked by Anonymous 2009-11-05 15:55:10 ago.My mom bought me a house when my children were little for me to live in as long as i wanted.she wanted it to be left to my 2 boys and my nephew. she died w/o a will. my dad and sister took over the deed and his will left it to the same 3 grandchildren. I bought out my nephew's third. my sister is custodian over my 2 kids' third until they turn 21.my oldest son is 21, refuses to help pay any bills, has never paid the taxes (they come in his name too).
