Ex husband took car in my name entitled to me in divorce agreement 3 yrs ago, anything i can do now?
Asked by Anonymous 2009-09-25 14:16:26 ago.We were financing a 2003 sonata when we got divorced. it was in my name and possesion. in divorce agreement i was entitled to car as long as i paid for it by deadline which i had, he then took it and used it as a trade in to buy a cadilac. i never signed ANY papers over for it. this was about 3 years ago, can i do anything about it now?
