What cream should I use for my face?

I have SLE, fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis. My face gets all itchy and red,but especially at night. My skin is very sensitive. I have hydrocortisone cream, but it will smear all over my clothes and sheets if I use it at night. Please help me. Thank you.
